We are looking for a People Operations Associate, based in Bandung. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Indonesia. The recruitment process will be carried out in English, and only shortlisted candidates will be notified.

What you’ll do:

Manage end-to-end people operations, starting from recruitment, employee engagement, office management, and proactively partnering with stakeholders to gather business updates and the productivity team
Manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for successfully recruiting high-caliber candidates; help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
Conduct onboarding and offboarding process, including the administrative work
Initiate and drive employee engagement activities (company events, town hall, employee gatherings, etc)
Manage and monitor office management in Bandung and Central Java branch, actively communicate with the building management, rent related to the building services, and the workspace area
Handling administration and data tracker for all People Operations matters

What we seek:

Proven as a strong communicator and negotiator
Experienced in liaising with external vendors

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology, Management, or related major
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and GA, preferably from a start-up company
Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail, data, reliable and well-organized
Able to prioritize, work independently, and manage time effectively
Advanced MS Office skills and familiar with Google Workspace
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
Willing to be placed in Bandung
