About the role

As the Product & Development (OEM) Manager at PT Arisamandiri Pratama, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s product strategy and driving the development of innovative OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) solutions. This full-time position is based in Demak, Central Java, and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s growth and success.

What you’ll be doing

Develop and execute the OEM product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to design, develop, and launch new OEM products

Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to commercialisation, including market analysis, pricing, and go-to-market strategies

Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development

Lead product testing and validation processes to ensure quality and customer satisfaction

Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements

Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales team in the successful positioning and selling of OEM products

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on OEM product development

Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving product innovation

Excellent understanding of the marketing and communications landscape, with the ability to develop effective go-to-market strategies

Strong technical skills and the ability to understand and translate customer requirements into product specifications

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or marketing
