Description

As a Sustainability Sourcing Director, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing, implementing and monitoring sustainable procurement strategies
• Ensuring compliance with ethical sourcing standards and regulations
• Engaging stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives
• Collaborating with suppliers to improve sustainability performance
• Overseeing the procurement and supply chain processes to ensure sustainability
• Managing sustainability reporting and communication
• Identifying and mitigating sustainability risks
• Driving continuous improvement in sustainability performance

Profile

A successful Sustainability Sourcing Director should have:

• A degree in Business, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 12 years Experience in sustainability, procurement, and supply chain roles within the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of sustainability standards and regulations
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
