Butuh cepat. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Head of Pricing di kantor PT Samudera Caraka Jasa untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan & Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Pengapalan/Pengurusan Transportasi (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

  1. Pricing Strategy & Management

    • Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market analysis, competitor benchmarking, volume distribution and logistics cost trends.

    • Define margin structures and pricing models for each service and trade lane.

    • Adjust pricing in response to market fluctuations (e.g., fuel surcharges, war risk, GRI).

  2. Analysis & Optimization

    • Analyze historical data and market trends to identify margin improvement opportunities.

    • Build predictive models to support pricing decisions.

    • Conduct regular reviews of pricing effectiveness and profitability.

  3. Internal Coordination

    • Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure pricing is competitive and operationally feasible.

    • Provide pricing guidance for tenders and RFQs (Request for Quotations).

    • Support the sales team in pricing negotiations with key accounts.

  4. Vendor & Procurement Management

    • Negotiate with shipping lines, airlines, and trucking vendors to secure optimal rates.

    • Ensure vendor rates align with service standards and SLAs.

  5. Stakeholder Engagement

    • Conduct regular meetings and discussions with external stakeholders such as shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners to stay updated on market conditions, rate changes, and service offerings.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key third-party providers to support strategic pricing decisions.

  6. Systems & Documentation

    • Manage pricing tools and rate databases.

    • Ensure accurate and accessible documentation of pricing structures and margins.

  7. Leadership & Team Development

    • Lead the pricing and tender management team.

    • Train and develop team members in analytical and commercial skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Economics, or Industrial Engineering).

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in pricing/logistics, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong understanding of the freight forwarding market (air, sea, land).

  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in Excel, pricing tools, and ERP/logistics systems.

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
