Your Key Responsibilities

Team Coordination & Leadership

• Organize and manage weekly team and coaching schedules.

• Train, supervise, and develop Coordinators, Front Desk, Café, Cleaning, and Coaching staff.

• Maintain staff performance, service quality, and energy standards.

• Lead daily meetings, coach staff, and foster a high-performance culture.

Facility Maintenance & Operations

• Ensure world-class cleanliness and operational readiness daily.

• Supervise opening and closing procedures.

• Manage preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs with contractors.

• Source and purchase equipment and supplies as needed.

Customer Service & Client Experience

• Act as the primary on-site leader for guest experience.

• Solve customer issues fast, professionally, and permanently.

• Drive a culture of service excellence at every touchpoint.

Sales, Registration, and Revenue Growth

• Manage event registrations, bookings, and attendance tracking.

• Promote and upsell memberships, events, smoothies, and merchandise.

• Execute on revenue growth targets in collaboration with ownership.

Event Management

• Plan and deliver tournaments, leagues, clinics, and club nights.

• Ensure professional event organization, communications, and execution.

Inventory and Supplies Management

• Forecast and manage inventory for smoothie café, cleaning supplies, equipment, and merchandise.

• Avoid shortages through proactive inventory management.

Technology and Systems Management

• Master PickleBali’s booking platforms, client databases, and POS systems.

• Support booking changes, cancellations, and technical troubleshooting.

Reporting and Performance Management

• Submit weekly reports covering:

  • Attendance numbers

  • Sales and revenue summaries

  • Event participation rates

  • Staff updates

  • Facility maintenance reports

• Immediately communicate urgent issues to leadership.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience managing hospitality, gyms, coworking, sports clubs, or events.

• Facilities management experience preferred (Hotel, Gym,stores, restaurants)

• Sales background (upselling memberships, events, services).

• Tech literate: Booking platforms, spreadsheets, POS systems.

• Fluent Indonesian and conversational English.

• Must live within 30 minutes of PickleBali Clubs Raya.

• Own a motorbike and a laptop/tablet.

• Available 6 days/week with flexibility for events and holidays.
