Kemampuan yang kita butuhkan ialah Teknik Mesin (Teknik) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

About the role

Musim Mas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire Brigade to join our team in Medan, North Sumatra. As a Fire Brigade, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees and facilities. This is a full-time position that requires both technical expertise and strong emergency response capabilities.

What you’ll be doing

Respond promptly and effectively to all fire and emergency situations within the Musim Mas facility (property damage, injury, or a threat of property damage), which include :
- acting as frontliner in the event of a fire incident
- preventing, combating and extinguishing fires with the goal of protecting lives and property
Conduct regular fire safety inspections and maintain fire-fighting equipment in optimal condition
Develop and implement fire prevention strategies and emergency evacuation plans
Provide training and guidance to employees on fire safety and emergency procedures
Collaborate with local fire departments and emergency services to coordinate response efforts
Maintain detailed records and reports of all fire-related incidents and activities
Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest fire safety regulations and best practices

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a fire brigade or emergency response role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector
Thorough knowledge of fire safety regulations, equipment, and emergency response protocols
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively manage high-stress situations
Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging environments
Certification in firefighting, first aid, and hazardous materials handling (Firefighting Level A/ B)
Proficient in the use of fire-fighting equipment and emergency response vehicles
Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
Willing to travel and work in shift
