Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Human Resource Manager di tempat usaha PT Memiontec Indonesia untuk kota/kab Jakarta Timur atau sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk persyaratan yang kami inginkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 15.000.000.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement all aspects of Human Resources functions, strategies and initiatives including policies, systems / processes, procedures, talent management, operational improvement and organizational development to align workforce management with the company’s overall strategic goals.
  • Strategic partner for functional departments and groups. You will be part of a team working with Senior Management.
  • Manage workers’ problems both local and foreign so that compliance with regulations can be fulfilled.
  • Collaborate with all related departments with personnel needs and the recruitment process so that they can be fulfilled on time according to the target.
  • Collaborate with all departments to prepare training materials as needed and ensure the training schedule is implemented.
  • Liaise with the Operations management team for HR related issues and to handle day to day staff management processes such as grievances, grievances, dispute mediation, counseling and bridging management and employee relations by handling claims including disciplinary procedures.
  • Manage the company’s compliance with all applicable and relevant government and employment law requirements including government reporting. Conduct necessary investigations, maintain records, and represent the company in investigations.
  • Manage Human Resources/Manpower Planning and Workforce Productivity, Recruitment, Selection, Retention, Performance Management.
  • Establish and lead effective and optimal standards in recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and employ a superior workforce.
  • Periodically review the costs and benefits of the benefits offered and recommend changes, especially new benefits with the aim of achieving better employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage employee administration matters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, performance appraisal, termination, insurance, training and development, on & off boarding, new employee orientation and updating and maintaining Human Resources information / staff records.
  • Manage human resources with cost-effective HR policies and systems that cover rank and role, job expansion and enrichment, career development programs, remuneration packages and benefits in accordance with industry norms and other appropriate policies.
  • Other tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements / Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree of Psychology or Business Management majoring in HR.
  • Range age 30 – 35 Years old
  • Min 8 years of work experience as a Human Resource Executive or 4 years as a Human resource Manager in various industries (preferably related to the Construction industry)
  • Experienced in recruitment from staff level to director level.
  • Experience in a public company is preferred.
  • Experienced in compiling and using psychological test tools and implementing them according to company needs.
  • Experienced in analyzing job Grading and workload analysis.
  • have skills in drafting training materials and do non-technical training materials (as trainer).
  • Strong mastery in performance appraisal (KPI) as well as follow-up of KPIs for planning for the following year.
  • Good knowledge of government regulations related to labor.
  • Must be resourceful, have excellent analytical, interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels.
  • Have strong experience in Employee relation and Industrial Relations.
  • Possess strong leadership skills, problem solving skills and a committed personality.
  • Effective and good team player and able to adapt to fast paced environment.
  • Ability to lead discussions with top management and stakeholders at all levels and develop HR proposals and initiatives.
  • Fluent in English oral and written.
  • Conscientious and organized fast learner with strong follow-up skills.
