Company Introduction:
PT. Borine Technology Indonesia is a small Home Kitchen Appliance company located in Kendal, Central Java. A subsidiary of Ningbo Borine Electrics, Co. Ltd, we produce kitchen appliances such as coffee makers, air fryers, and blenders for the European and American markets. We are looking for the best talent to join our team!

Are you well-versed in Indonesian tax regulations, especially in the context of Special Custom Bonded Zones? We are looking for a skilled Tax Supervisor to strengthen our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Tax Compliance: Ensure the company’s compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including accurate and timely filing of VAT, income tax, and other relevant taxes, especially within the context of Special Custom Bonded Zones for manufacturing.

• Prepare and Submit Tax Obligations: Oversee the preparation and submission of all required tax reports, such as VAT returns, withholding taxes, and customs documentation, ensuring they are completed in line with regulatory deadlines.

• Develop Tax Strategies: Analyze updates in tax regulations and develop strategies to optimize the company’s tax positions while ensuring full compliance.

• Collaborate on Financial Reporting: Work closely with the accounting and finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements in compliance with PSAK.

• Accounting AR/AP Management: Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes to ensure accurate records and timely settlements.

• Financial Reconciliation: Lead the reconciliation process between commercial accounting reports and tax accounting reports to maintain consistency and accuracy.

• SAP/ERP Utilization: Utilize SAP/ERP software for effective management of accounting processes, including financial reporting, inventory tracking, and general ledger maintenance.

• Mentor and Lead the Team: Provide guidance and training to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Stay Updated on Tax Regulations: Keep abreast of changes in Indonesian tax laws, especially those impacting the manufacturing sector, and provide recommendations to management on compliance strategies.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, especially Special Custom Bonded Zones for manufacturing.

• Understanding of PSAK regulations.

• Familiar with SAP/ERP software.

• Experience in Accounting AR/AP tasks.

• Skilled in reconciling commercial accounting reports with tax accounting reports.

• Preferably from a manufacturing background.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

• More than 2 years of experience as a supervisor or over 5 years as a senior staff.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Optimistic and cheerful, able to follow annual directives.
