  • Personal Assistant for Director
  • Able to work as personal assistant director
  • Work on documents administration, both hard copy and soft copy.
  • Detail, analytic, target oriented, well organized, hard working, persistent, communicative & adaptable
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Carry out periodical report and review
  • Work with other departments to achieve organization goals
  • Any other duties assigned
  • Arrange or noted all Director’s activities and secretarial services on schedule.
  • Record, produce and distribute minutes of management meetings and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Handle and manage outgoing or incoming letters of director.
  • Organise and coordinate of executive meeting.
  • Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • To ensure the efficient handling of secretarial works and other assignments including confidential matter
  • Presentable with good attitude.
  • Manage secretarial administrations.
  • Expert in using Ms. Office and Presentation.
  • Manage hard copy and electronic files and record and maintain an adequate filing system.

Requirements :

  1. Diploma Secretarial or Bachelor’s degree Management or related field preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience as a Personal Asistant for Director or related position
  3. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  4. Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  5. Abilit Have good communication skill, Smart & Proactive.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English and Mandarin.
  7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  8. Accurate and precise attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
  10. Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills
  11. Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude that reflects the credibility of management team
  12. Having Own Vehicles
  13. Honest,Loyal,Responsible,Ambitious, dicipline, Ability to Work Hard and healty body.
