Dibutuhkan!! loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Regional Sales Management di tempat usaha PT Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Raya, Sulawesi Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusaahan inginkan adalah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Untuk persyaratan yang kita inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup lumayan tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

Responsibilities

A. Monitor Business Operation in Branches:

Inventory:

  • Carry out inventory stock opname together with AMO team according to Branche’s plan visit schedule in its regional areas.
  • Vouching data & attribute completeness on Form Loading and comparing with data on systems
  • Vouching Stock Cards are according to SOP & Regulations and match the system
  • Observation assets & equipment in the warehouse & office including Temperature & Humidity, APAR, AC/Ventilator, CCTV, Ceiling, etc.

Sales & Account Receivable (AR):

  • Carry out examination credit notes according to SOP and regulations set by the company.
  • Vouching data & attribute completeness on credit receipt and comparing with data on the system
  • Checking availability, validity, & completeness of Trade Agreement Document
  • Conduct Sales Deposit Opname and compare with Sales Report on the system

Cash Sales

  • Carry out examination of Sales Cash opname to assure cash sales are balanced & according to the system (Sales Report)

Petty Cash

  • Carry out examination of Petty Cash according to SOP and regulations set by the company.
  • Vouching for FPPC document with Petty Cash Report
  • Vouching Petty Cash Reports with the system

Confirmation to Outlet

  • Conduct confirmation regarding Sales & Marketing Program realization to Outlet
  • Conduct confirmation regarding A/R & Cash transactions to the Outlet

B. Evaluate Control of Business Operations in the Branch

  • Ensure that all operation activity processes in Branch are according to applicable SOP and regulations.
  • Propose SOP evaluation related to operation activity in Branch to the Head of Sales Management Department
  • Coordinate with Chief Admin on reviewing and evaluating all obstacles or issues that have an impact on Branch operation in its regional areas and report to the Head of Sales Management Department.

C. Enhance Awareness of Company Policies and Regulations

  • Conduct SOP & Guidelines socialization to Branch

D. Branch Performance Monitoring

  • Checking and monitoring Branch performance on the system
  • Regular analysis and monitoring of sales operations of each Branch (Territory, Coverage, MPP, Cost, Target Volume, etc.)
  • Release report on the status of market operations of each branch
  • Handling case Branches by conducting inspection visits
  • Create report result of the inspection of incidental task
  • Follow-up Inspection report to Internal Audit

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from all majors preferably from Audit/Operation Control/Accounting major
  • Having min. 3 years experience in Audit, Operation Control and Data Analysis
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Willing to be placed in DKI Jakarta, with high mobility
  • Willing to have a business trip
