Get to know the Role

City Lead Jambi will lead projects, strategies, and operations for Transport & Delivery Jambi Area. We believe a successful candidate has the skill of data analysis,, and project management, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way. You will report directly to manager. The role will be based onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Represent Grab in relationships with government and public/private sector stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with driver communities, partners, and merchants in the city, conducting regular engagement events.
• Coordinate with different departments to plan and execute changes involving programs, incentives, promos, and events.
• Monitor the performance of the city and initiate special projects to reach targets.
• Lead and guide the team in the Jambi area to achieve their respective goals.
• Stay updated with the company’s products and services to effectively promote them to partners and merchants.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• A minimum of Bachelors/Master’s degree, preferably in management, analytics, business or engineering, or any relevant experiences.
• 2+ years of experience in city management or in the field of sales/revenue generator.
• Experienced in leading teams and the ability to connect with people across teams/functions
• Experience and exposure to business process management, identifying, assessing, and controlling risk, and successful initiatives execution
