We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal and Ethics Business Integrity Head to join our organization. As the Legal and Ethics Business Integrity Head, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company conducts its business ethically and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our executive team to establish and implement policies and procedures to promote ethical behavior and maintain compliance.

Legal

This role manages all legal affairs related to the structure of the organization, its required licenses, and commercial law compliance in relation to the day to day business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice to the business and its leaders
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks
• Providing legal advice for internal stakeholders in drafting and negotiating contracts
• Advising on the legal implications of company policies and procedures
• Ensuring all contracts, legal documents and templates are up-to-date and compliant with statutory laws
• Reporting on legal activities, risks and litigation (if any)

Ethics & Business Integrity

• Primary point of contact for Company and provide advice and support on compliance matters to the Senior Management, Business and Function Leaders.
• Coordinate E&BI interactions and operations for the Business Units, Industrial Affairs, and Function Units
• Support strategic business priorities and initiatives to enable compliant growth.
• Continuous review and assess Company operational risks, implement compliance programs to minimize such risks.
• Identify and be proactive in addressing compliance risks for Business Units and Industrial Affairs.
• Implement compliance programs in concerned divisions/functions to ensure an enhanced Company culture of Ethics and Business Integrity.
• Develop initiatives to improve the compliance profile of the company.
• Collaborate with other functional area leads and colleagues in supporting company-wide strategic priorities and initiatives.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field with a law degree.
2. At least 12 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success especially in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
3. Strong knowledge of laws and regulations governing the industry.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a legal team.
7. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and provide business-oriented legal advice.
8. Strong ethical principles and commitment to promoting ethical behavior in the workplace.

The Legal and Ethics Business Integrity Head is responsible for ensuring that the company conducts its business ethically and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This requires a deep understanding of the laws and regulations governing the industry, as well as strong leadership skills to develop and implement an ethics and compliance program that aligns with the company’s business strategy. The Legal and Ethics Business Integrity Head must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with external stakeholders and deliver training programs to employees.
