Job Summary:
The Corporate Communication & Government Relations is responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and legislative bodies. This role ensures effectively positioned in policy discussions, regulatory frameworks, and public affairs, supporting business operations and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Government & Regulatory Engagement
   – Build and maintain relationships with government officials, ministries, and regulatory authorities relevant to own business.
   – Monitor and analyze government policies, legislative changes, and regulatory trends that may impact the company’s business interests.
   – Represent in public consultations, policy discussions, and government-industry forums

2. Public Policy & Advocacy
   – Develop and implement public policy strategies that align with own business objectives and long-term growth.
   – Draft policy briefs, position papers, and regulatory reports to inform internal stakeholders.
   – Engage with strategic partners to provide insights on policies affecting own business.

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
   – Develop engagement strategies to strengthen corporate reputation and influence in policy-making.
   – Coordinate with corporate communications teams to ensure strategic messaging and public affairs campaigns align with policy objectives.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in government relations, public policy, the beauty industry/healthy sector, or similar industries.

• Strong understanding of government processes, regulatory compliance, and public policy frameworks.

• Excellent communication and networking skills.

• Ability to interpret policy changes, regulatory risks, and geopolitical developments.

• Fluency in English is required.
