Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major at reputable University
• Maximum 40 years old
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, Internet, and other applications that support work and administration. Mastering the Axapta or other ERP Systems will be preferred
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Have strong leadership skills
• Have good interpersonal relationship, analytical, problem solving, and result oriented
• Have strong decision-making abilities
• Have ability to manage team to reach company target
• Hard work, like a challenge and have a success mindset
• Have responsibility and have a good disciplinary
• Have good knowledge in technically & project management
• Have experience in manufacture company more than 5 years

Job Descriptions :

• Being an intermediary between the leadership /top management in the processing of the company
• Able and responsive to company problems and have problem solving analysis
• Able to provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit
• Understand and be able to supervise subordinates and all employees to comply with the SOPs that have been set by the company
• Supervise all departments and must be able to work well together to solve problems and also help with problems that arise
• Responsibility in formulating and managing company policies, directing, and coordinating all divisional departmental activities to implement long-term goals for business growth and profitability goals achievement
• To lead, develop and build a high performing operation team committed to and engaged in the company’s target, vision, mission and value
• Working with the director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
• Fulfill duties as assigned by the director
• Create reports and submit them to the director or other executives
• Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times
• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders
• Design, implement and execute project plan, including: budget, work system, timeline schedule and work method
