Job Description

• Assume responsibility for all aspects of the coffee bar
• Capable of completing all daily operations of the coffee bar, including: creating drink menu, preparing ingredients, and making the drink
• Supervising junior barista and staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high levels of quality is delivered throughout
• Able to manage inventory and stock efficiently
• To be responsible for training new team members relating to coffee/drinks creation and customer service
• Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the bar area and all bar staff, following the food health and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in specialty coffee and the coffee industry
• Able to create outstanding drink menu that follow the Company’s direction
• Must have superior leadership capabilities, good communication skills, and able to work as a team
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and staff management
• Able to work well under pressure, be organized, flexible and self motivated
• Have passion, creativity as a barista, and be a model barista in terms of bar skills, customer service and enthusiasm to share knowledge
• Understand safety procedures and cost calculation

Established in 2021, Tiembí, started from a homebrew coffee until this year we’re opening our first Coffee Shop. With the fast growing coffee industry in Indonesia, our mission is to create a full customer experience where they can enjoy great coffee and delicious food with excellent customer service, as well as a homey ambience where they can feel Tiembí as their second home.
