Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Product Development di kantor PT. Solusi Sinergi Digital, Tbk (Surge) untuk kota/kab Jakarta Selatan atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

PT ini tidak memiliki syarat yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini berikan cukup lumayan tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Requirement:

Minimal Bachelor Degree in Business Management, or related field
Have 2 years experience and understanding of advertising and or fiber optic and/or supply chain industry

Job Description:

Identify a market need
Identify a problem and create a product to solve that problem by talking to customers, completing surveys, using market research, assessing competitor products and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive.
Quantify the need
Determine if the problem is large enough to warrant a product-based solution and if the customers are willing to pay for this solution.
Conceptualize the product:
Apply creativity and innovation to figure out whether the product could be the solution and determining product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses.
Create and submitting proposals and designs for evaluation by the project team and management before moving to the next stage.
Validate the solution:
Test whether the solution product is viable, worth pursuing and liked by the target users.
Build a roadmap:
Identify goals and themes for development and solve the most important challenges to legitimize the product concept.
Develop the product:
Create a minimum viable product (MVP), an initial version that has only enough function to meet its customer’s purpose.
Release to users:
Conduct experiments with the MVP to gauge interest, test price sensitivity, find marketing channels, create a message and collaborate with marketing to develop the plan to market the message.
Ongoing feedback:
Collect customer feedback to continue expansion and enhancements, keep growing the product roadmap and set new strategic goals for the product.
Identify key requirement for products or upgrades.
Develop process improvements to ensure product quality and productivity.
Coordinate with Manager in preparing product design documents and specifications.
Make product updates based on changing business demands.
Maintain product requirements, technical and functional documentations for reference purposes.
Work with Manager in developing product development plan, budget and schedules.
Complete the product development projects within allotted budgets and timelines.
Coordinate with Manager in preparing product design documents and specifications.
