Position : Digital Performance Manager (onsite / work from office)

Responsibilities:

• Identify paid ads strategies, campaign forecasts, tactics, and channels to drive client’s new user acquisition, activation, retention, product cross-selling, upselling, etc.
• Optimize campaign budget effectively by planning for seasonality factor through accurate forecasting, rigorous testing, and agile optimization.
• Collaborate and work closely with the account manager to create campaign assets and achieve campaign objectives.
• Responsible for the collectively set targets in your client’s KPI are achieved.
• Ensuring successful campaigns by managing bids and budgets to meet the predefined KPI’s.
• Drive online excellence for campaign activation, media planning, E-Commerce, performance media, and CRM.
• Ensuring effective communication and co-operation between the internal team and external third parties.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiments for performance campaigns with variations of creative, audience targeting, platform, content, or topic.
• Generate new ideas and initiatives for new paid ads campaign that can be a source of new business opportunity
• Analyze a large set of data to identify market trends, user behavior, and insights for recommendation of marketing and business strategy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience on Digital Marketing, but not limited to FB, Google, Tiktok ads, programmatic, Preferably experienced in Digital Marketing Agency.
• Proven success in delivering strong digital performance and sales growth through digital platforms.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, GSC, ahrefs, moz, etc) Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Handling local or multinational clients of various industries for digital advertising projects.
• Able to work well in a cross-functional team and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and good with numbers.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills and writing proficiency in English and bahasa.
