Internal Audit & Risk Management Officer

The primary responsibility of the Internal Audit & Risk Analyst will be to support the Portfolio securitization and the required daily and monthly reporting that is needed to ensure that all covenants & triggers are compliant. Internal Auditor to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Internal Auditor you will work within organisations in order to monitor and evaluate how well they are being run, whether risks are being properly managed while also ensuring their internal processes are working. The Risk Analyst will analyze, monitor and report out the performance of all loans in the facility and recommend any policy or structural changes needed to ensure compliance with the established covenants. Analyze and manage risk management issues by identifying, measuring, and making decisions on operational or enterprise risks for an organization.

Responsibility

  • Provide support in the coordination and structuring of portfolio reports related
  • Update and maintain borrower financial statement database on a quarterly basis
  • Perform quarterly or semi-annual recalibrations of new risk rating tool
  • Support design and implementation metrics related to the operational risk management program
  • Support risk management processes and portfolio monitoring tools
  • Conduct statistical analyses to quantify risk using statistical analysis software or econometric models.
  • Produce reports or presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions, or recommend changes.
  • Identify and analyze areas of potential risk to the assets, earning capacity, or success of organizations.
  • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial realiability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
  • Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
  • Completes audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings.
  • Maintains internal control systems by updating audit programs and questionnaires; recommending new policies and procedures.
  • Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report; discussing findings with auditees.
  • Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
  • Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards

Requirement

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Accounting, Management, Industrial Engineering & Civil Engineering
  • Experience 2 years in the same position or fresh graduate welcome to apply
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people internally and externally
  • Solid team player, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and innovative organization
  • Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills required
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
