PT HME focuses on project development in the PV sector, including technical engineering, permitting processes, and financing options. We supply and install both 100% Capex and 0% Capex PV installations, working closely with investors and leading project developers.

Job Description:
PT HME is seeking a driven and experienced Technical Project Manager with a proven track record in the construction and delivery of large-scale solar energy systems. You have extensive experience managing MW-scale installations and ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

Your Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Responsible for the full project cycle, from planning and execution to delivery and aftercare.
• Leadership: Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, serving as the central point of contact within the project.
• Team Management: Optimize team structures and resources to efficiently achieve project objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain direct communication with management, investors, and project developers.
• Safety Management: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and create a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
• Process Optimization: Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and quality.

Your Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager in the solar energy sector, with specific expertise in large-scale PV installations.
• Excellent technical knowledge of PV systems and relevant regulations.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in team coordination and development.
• Solution-oriented, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field, such as:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Renewable Energy
  • Civil Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
• Additional training or specialization in solar energy is a plus.

Certifications and Additional Qualifications:

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification (not mandatory but a strong advantage).
• (Safety, Health, and Environment Checklist for Contractors) or a similar safety certification.
• Working at High certificate (plus points)
• Solar PV Design & Installation Certification from a recognized institution such as SEI (Solar Energy International) or TÜV Rheinland.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is a plus, especially if projects adhere to quality and environmental standards.
• Experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst, and other PV design tools is an advantage.
• If applicable: Indonesian licenses or certifications for working on electrical installations.
• Knowledge of local Indonesian regulations and standards for solar energy projects.
