Our brand is built on the philosophy of mindful consumption and aesthetic living. We design and sell reusable onyx candle holders—a stylish and eco-friendly alternative to disposable candles. Each piece is unique in color and texture and, thanks to its refillable design, lasts for years. We also create natural wax candles, enhancing the atmosphere of warmth and harmony.
Responsibilities:
Legal Support: Assist with business legal matters, including obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and company-related documentation. Support the registration of the company in required government systems (e.g., BPJS) and ensure compliance with local regulations. Help with the preparation and submission of required paperwork, as well as communication with relevant authorities when needed.
Reporting: Work with computer programs: input data on sales, purchases, expenses, and income, generate reports for the accountant, and send information. Handle documentation.
Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Check, unpack, and organize incoming stock.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the factory and office spaces.
Errands and Travel: Primarily based at the factory/office, with occasional trips around the island for deliveries, product checks, and business-related errands.
Sales Staff Management: Oversee and manage the performance of sales staff in our store.
Supplying to Stores: Manage and oversee the supply of goods to our store and external retail locations.
Packaging: Assist in preparing, producing, and packaging candles as part of the production process.
Online Orders and Logistics: Manage online orders and arrange worldwide shipments, including delivering packages to DHL in Ubud or calling a courier to the factory.
Help with Candle Production and Packaging: Assist in preparing, producing, and packaging candles as part of the production process.
Business Scaling: Assist in expanding into new sales markets, including entering concept stores on the island, major hotels and spas, restaurants, retreat centers, yoga studios, local markets, and marketplaces.
Research and coordinate external specialists or services needed for business operations and personal tasks.
Personal Errands: Carry out personal tasks and errands.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, including business correspondence and interaction.
Own motorcycle and experience driving it.
Preferably living close to the office.
Neat, professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
We are looking for a dedicated and flexible individual who is fully committed to this role and ready for long-term growth.
Age between 20-35.
Experience in a similar position is preferred.
Proactiveness and the ability to take initiative.
Work Schedule:
5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Start time can be flexible, either earlier or later, depending on agreement.
Days off: Saturday and Sunday.
Salary & Growth Opportunities:
💰 Starting salary: Rp 4,000,000 per month.
📈 Potential increase to Rp 5,000,000 after 6 months, based on good performance.

Small team environment: You will be the key person in the office/factory, working independently while maintaining regular communication with the business owners and store staff in Ubud.
