Position: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communication, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments using the company’s CRM system.
• Customer Support: Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Communication: Respond to emails, text messages, and voicemails promptly and courteously.
• Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Accurately input and update client information in Google Sheets, Excel, and other databases for record-keeping and analysis.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle client grievances with professionalism, focusing on effective problem-solving and customer retention.
• Lead Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the home services, HVAC, or related industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with appointment scheduling and lead follow-up processes.
