Adapun persyaratan yang kita inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 40.000.000 - Rp 80.000.000.

We’re looking for a top-notch Engineering Manager to grow our software development team. Your primary focus will be on managing and overseeing the design and development of our software applications. Directs the work of engineers to ensure the best practices around software development. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. We’re looking for someone who will constantly challenge themselves to be on the cutting edge of new technology and grow the team’s knowledge of best practices.
Job Description:
1. According to the company’s development strategy: formulate technical planning and implementation and provide comprehensive technical support for the company’s development.
2. Responsible for establishing a standardized and efficient technology development management system and optimizing, and continuously improving the company’s overall technology development capabilities.
3. Formulate a development plan according to the project plan, allocate development resources, promote problem-solving, and ensure that the development is completed on time and meets the required quality standards.
4. Develop, motivate, evaluate, and mentor the technical team and continuously improve the team’s work enthusiasm, work quality, and work efficiency.
5. Responsible for organizing and leading internal employees to solve key technical problems and system optimization, assisting in solving technical problems in the process of product development, and researching and learning new technologies related to products.
6. Responsible for the cooperation and coordination of various projects, departments, and technical fields, and provide technical support.
7. Maintain a keen awareness of new technologies and industry trends and put forward important planning suggestions for the company’s future products and technology trends.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in computer-related major, more than 5 years of Internet project technology management, product development and large-scale project team management experience.
2. Can use English or mandarin as working language. Has experience working in global companies or super app companies is a plus.
3. Proficient in Java and other mainstream design patterns, capable of system architecture design; have experience in development and design of high-load, high concurrency, large data volume, and distributed systems.
4. Possess good R&D process management and control skills, including schedule arrangement and control, risk control, quality management, configuration management, etc.
5. Have good cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, have a good teamwork spirit, and be good at technical team building and training.
6. Have a understanding of the securities industry trends and related technology applications are preferred.
7. Familiar with popular big data and AI products or services, proficient in big data application structure design, data analysis and mining, system analysis, system implementation, and performance optimization are preferred.
8. Familiar with NLP or other recommendation algorithms is preferred, proficiency in TensorFlow, Pytorch, caffe and other artificial intelligence open-source platforms, and strong open source technology integration capabilities are preferred
9. Pursue the excellence, being radical truthful, open minded and smart.
