As a pioneer Independent Power Producer (IPP) developer, SESNA Group has been recognized by the Indonesian Government for its groundbreaking achievement as the first local private company to establish three Solar IPP Projects in rural areas of East Nusa Tenggara. With over a decade of expertise, SESNA Group has successfully executed over 20 MWp projects and currently has more than 250 MWp project pipelines under development. Building on this success, we are expanding our services nationwide to cater to the private sector market, offering solutions for Hybrid Mineral Resources, Commercial & Industrial Rooftop, and Industrial Estate projects.

Requirment:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree from any major (business, communication, marketing, and IR graduate would be a plus)
2. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
3. Have experience in Solar & Renewable Energy Sector (will be plus)
4. Interested in renewable energy business
5. Strong analytical skills.
6. Agile, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
7. Possess a growth mindset, always eager to learn and improve.
8. Good communication in English

1. Identify new partnership opportunities that can enhance the company’s reputation and boost sales.
2. Take responsibility for building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing partners, ensuring seamless partnership operations through regular communication and negotiation.
3. Collaborate closely with business and project development teams, as well as other departments, to align marketing efforts with project-specific goals and overall business objectives.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for SESNA Group to distinguish itself within the solar energy market.
5. Represent the company at selected conferences, trade shows, events, and public forums to enhance market awareness of our value proposition.
6. Ensure that marketing communication, including content creation, website management, digital marketing, branding, and messaging, is kept up-to-date to effectively promote our solar energy projects to potential partners and stakeholders.
