• Assess, plan, execute, analyse, prioritise end-user business within the designated territory to achieve defined revenue and share of objectives
• Formulate sales and conversion plans and objectives monthly and carry them out within the territory and the vertical
• Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and profile at site, regional decision-making levels and with colleagues and internal stakeholders. Network effectively at local territory trade show, industry forums, exhibition and reseller networks
• Identify and prioritise new business opportunities
• Conduct and attend regular sales meetings with end users and distributors to keep them updated of new developments in strategy, products and policies.
• Achieve profit objectives through the control of pricing
• Prepare all relevant sales plans, reports, budgets and forecasts and ensure that they are presented in a timely manner to line manager and other concerned departments
• Ensure accuracy and detail of data recorded within the defined CRM (E-sales/Salesforce etc.)
• Work closely with customer service, reporting of customer complaints information via the Quality department and monitor trade expenditure
• Recommend changes in terms of trade agreements, pricing, discount policies, credit arrangements, and conditions of sale
• Assist in special projects as assigned by management

Requirements

• Preferably Bachelor degree in Business, or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales environment
• Preferably experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Preferably selling/channel experience in the industry
• Knowledge of distribution networks, practical experience in dealership and distribution management
• Frequent domestic, across territory travel (estimate up to 50% time) and international travel as required
