Job Description:

• Ensure that the section’s activities are carried out according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and applicable policies:
  1. Create work schedules for supervisors based on the conditions of the work area.
  2. Create work schedules for operators based on operational needs.
  3. Ensure the operational viability of the units in service.
  4. Ensure that operational challenges are resolved.
  5. Prepare reports for each shift, as well as daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
• Review the policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to the section’s operations and propose any necessary changes to the supervisor.
• Manage the preparation of the section’s monthly reports as required by the supervisor.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor that are related to the department’s functions.
• Assist the department head in analyzing staffing needs and proposing organizational planning within the section.
• Conduct interviews with prospective employees for the section.
• Develop an operational work plan for the section in accordance with the work program and predetermined targets, and monitor and evaluate its implementation.
• Monitor the work of all employees in the section to ensure that operations run in an orderly, effective, and efficient manner in accordance with the set targets.
• Evaluate the performance of subordinates and ensure that development initiatives for both the individual and all subordinate employees are implemented based on evaluation results and required competencies.
• Propose the section’s annual budget and control and evaluate its usage according to needs.
• Implement necessary innovations and developments for the section’s work program and operational activities.

Requirement: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in related field. 
• Technical skill: General AK3 (Occupational Health and Safety, POP (Operation and Maintenance Procedures), Unit Productivity
