Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instrumentation or Physical Engineering.
5–10 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance.
Major experience in maintaining instrumentation devices (Transmitters, Elements, Control & SD Valves, Analyzer, Sensors, Detector & Various other field Devices).
Basic experience working with control systems such as DCS, ESD, PLC, FGS, MMS, ASC, CPC.
Familiarity with instrumentation tools (Hart Communicator, Test Bench, Multimeter, etc.).
Responsible for developing and implementing instrumentation control systems related to integrity and reliability for plant installations.
Scheduling, planning, supervising, inspecting, and monitoring instrumentation project work according to procedures, drawings, and work orders.
Reviewing, preparing, and revising technical datasheets and specifications for MOC and related changes.
Organizing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Supervising maintenance teams, including regular and contract technicians.
Providing technical support to technicians and supervisors.
Managing contractor quality for job execution, evaluating service contracts and AMCs.
Handling pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Reviewing control system specifications, commissioning spares, mandatory spares, SAP codifications, BOM, etc.
Following all safety guidelines established by HSE and regulatory standards.
Responsible for erection, calibration, and testing of field instruments, including loop checks.
Following workflow in accordance with Work Management System (SAP-EAM/MM/QAM).
Developing, revising, and modifying maintenance policies, SMP, SOP, and training modules.
