As a General Manager, you will lead the company’s residential and mixed-use property development in Lampung. This is a pivotal role with end-to-end responsibility for the project’s success, from initial planning and design through construction, sales, and ongoing operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects, and building high-performing teams.

Description

• Develop and execute the overall strategy for the development, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and market demands. Define clear objectives, KPIs, and a roadmap for achieving project goals.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept and design to construction, marketing, sales, and property management. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of project managers, construction experts, sales & marketing professionals, and operational staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Develop and manage the project budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial viability. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, government agencies, contractors, consultants, and community members. Effectively communicate project updates and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to attract buyers and tenants. Oversee marketing campaigns, pricing strategies, and sales processes.
• Ensure all aspects of the development adhere to the highest quality standards, safety regulations, and local building codes. Oversee construction quality control and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction by creating a positive experience for buyers and tenants. Establish effective customer service processes and address any issues promptly and professionally.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project, proactively developing contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

Profile

• The position will be based in Lampung, Sumatra.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in property development, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale residential and mixed-use property developments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
