Corporate Strategy & Planning Division Head

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree 
  • Expected to have minimum 3 years working experiences in similar position, also worked at least 10 years in Corporate Strategy & Planning at Banking Industry.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa, both speaking and writing.
  • Have a Risk Management Certification min. Level 4

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange company’s business plans in accordance with the company’s vision and mission.
  • Translate the strategy into Corporate Strategic map, KPI for Corporate & Directorate Level and Strategic Initiatives 
  • Responsible to review, analyze, and report company’s performance both financial and non-financial periodically to the management. 
  • Research and analyze data and information relating to industry, competitors and macroeconomy.
  • Preparing Annual Operating Plan including operating budget Analyze macroeconomics and bank industries to review external condition and its impact to the bank’s strategy
  • Analyze peer competitors to get some view of competitors performance and strategy to review bank’s strategy and action plan to close the gap. 
  • Provide recommendations for improvements of each business line to achieve assigned goals. 
  • Analyze all corporate issues and give recommendation & solution. 
  • Responsible of Good Corporate Governance Report, Good Corporate Governance Self Assesment Report for RBBR Report, Annual Report, Related Parties Report, Statement of Changes in Capital Report, RUPS Report, foreign workers for Directors level and an appointment of Commissioners Report to OJK.
  • Coordinating with Shareholder on various regular matters.
  • Coordinator official to assist foreign workers.
  • Coordinating with Legal Division about RUPS.
  • Responsible for Annual Report compilation & preparation.
  • Responsible for planning and implementing Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR), Company Branding, and public relations functions (Relation Officer).
  • Examining and responding correspondence with Bank Indonesia and OJK, Perbanas, Finance Department and other related Institution, if needed, according to disposition of Directors and coordinating with other work unit.
  • Learning, examining, and compiling concept of Decree Letter, Circulars Letter and others policies related to Organization Structure.
  • Monitoring BOD meeting, BOC Meeting, Coordination of BOC and BOD, and Committee Meetings under Commissioners & Directors.
  • Monitoring Work Regulations Guidelines for Board of Commissioners, Directors, Audit Committee, Risk Monitoring Committee, and Remuneration & Nomination Committee.
