As Supervisor, you will coordinate Marketing team, marketing and communication activities, and you will have collaboration with stakeholders (Architect, Designer, Brand, Etc.). We will need the person who enjoys meeting people and establish strategic relationships with many parties to develop brands and organizing in marketing activities. This position will be reporting to Commercial & Marketing Manager.

Day to day responsibilities:

• Creating and managing marketing materials and collateral. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales for various types, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Networking & Partnerships Management. Built and executed successful collaborations with external communities, maximizing brand exposure and engagement. Enhancing networking and collaboration abilities with Architects, Designers, Consultants, etc.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the market
• Implementing online marketing activities and leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance online presence and engagement
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget and report, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and performance evaluations

Your qualifications:

1. Having minimum 2 years of working experience in the related fields. Having experience in Building Material Industry is a plus
2. Having proactive qualities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively communication and presentation skills. Familiar with marketing communication tools and strategies. Including operating Mailchimp to manage the communications with stakeholders
3. Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide the marketing team
4. Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion
5. Proficiency in English skill, as you will communicate with regional and brand partner
6. Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD. Willing to travel intensively
