Dibutuhkan. lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Production Superintendent (Palm Oil Refinery) di tempat usaha People Connect HR Services untuk kota/kab Mempawah & Kalimantan Barat dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Manajemen (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

PT ini tidak memiliki syarat yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Requirement :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • Understand with ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 14001, SMK3, Halal, and RSPO System
  • Have Experience as a Production Superintendent in Palm Oil Refinery / Edible Oil Industry at least 5 years
  • Excellent understanding related to refining & fractionation plant operation, and standard quality specification.
  • Good leadership and communication skill
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Experience using SAP will be advantage
  • Proficient in English is a MUST

Job Description :

  • Assist the Production Manager in order to operate the plant running smoothly according to standard quality with efficiency.
  • Maintain utility costs in the budget
  • Monitor and control refining & fractionation plant including utility facilities and report to Production Manager if any changes in the production wise or abnormality.
  • Prepare plant breakdown, with the detail reason as well as the action to be taken to eliminate root cause of the problem, and coordinate with superior and related dept to find the solution.
  • Check and review all the production parameters output and quality output and advice for any observation.
  • Provide initiative & determine plan of reducing manpower consumption, reducing down time, preparation & implementation of preventive maintenance program as per schedule.
  • Actively participated in the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QMS, and SMK3 audit standards.
