About the role

As the People & Culture Manager for PT Cartini Lingerie Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent and organisational strategy. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and development. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Klaten, Central Java.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, processes and programs to support the company’s growth and cultural objectives
• Oversee the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Design and deliver learning and development initiatives to upskill and retain our talented workforce
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes employee wellbeing and engagement
• Act as a strategic business partner, providing HR expertise to support the leadership team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Lead, coach and develop the HR team to build organizational capability

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, ideally within the manufacturing or retail industry
• Thorough understanding of Indonesian employment laws and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the capability to translate business objectives into effective HR initiatives
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
