Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day sourcing, procurement, logistic and tax and accounting activities to ensure supplier’s delivery in full on time (DIFOT), achieve cost saving as well as support process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Ensure an effective procurement process from sourcing of parts and services up to ensuring prompt delivery by supplier.
• Manage local procurement, review, and conduct vendor comparison cost-effectiveness analyst.
• Monitor the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied, follow-up the status of purchase orders with vendors to ensure timely delivery and communicate status of orders with internal customers.
• Monitor and tracking shipment and delivery details by following up closely with Vietnam Supply Chain.
• Responsible for logistic (import process) and coordinate with freight forwarder.
• Work closely with Proposal Sales Engineer in preparing the variation order, budgetary costing, cash flow control and verification of material requisition.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices in the SAP system.
• Coordinate with Finance Department in submission of invoice to customers.
• Compile documentation (i.e., tax invoices, petty cash, etc) to Tax Consultant for tabulation on Tax Reporting by Regional Finance
• Forecasting of Accounts Payable and Receivable for projects deliveries.
• Reporting of import declarations i.e. Bank of Indonesia and other statutory as required

Relevant Experience & Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in project procurement, supply chain, importation, tax, and accounting; preferably in steel fabrication/ construction industry.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook & SAP Software.
• Procurement skills including knowledge in demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Having good knowledge in Accounting/ Finance.
• Effective sourcing and vendor management skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Customer oriented; manage service quality and customer satisfaction.
