Job Summary:

The Real Estate Sales Agent in the real estate department is responsible for generating leads, conducting property viewings, and closing sales deals. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing guidance on property purchases, and promoting listings through various marketing channels. The Sales Agent works closely with the listing manager to ensure smooth communication and effective marketing strategies. Additionally, the agent manages client inquiries, performs market analysis, and ensures accurate documentation throughout the sales process.
 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
    • Generate leads through various marketing channels and build relationships with potential buyers.
    • Respond to incoming leads, collect client requirements, and offer suitable property options.
    • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining long-term relationships with clients and addressing their needs.
  2. Property Viewings & Sales Process:
    • Conduct property viewings, both online and offline, presenting options to prospective buyers and upselling properties when applicable.
    • Follow up with clients after viewings to answer any questions and move them through the sales funnel.
    • Close deals by handling all aspects of the transaction, including notary, deposit, due diligence, and closing procedures.
  3. Inventory & Listings Management:
    • Add and list new property inventory for sale, ensuring accurate and attractive listings.
    • Promote hot listings across various platforms, including online channels and co-brokering with other agents.
    • Partner with other agents to co-broke deals and expand market reach.
  4. Client Guidance & Negotiation:
    • Provide clients with expert advice on pricing, property marketing, and the best terms for purchasing properties.
    • Negotiate sales terms with buyers to ensure favorable outcomes for both clients and the company.
    • Prepare all necessary paperwork in compliance with deal requirements.
  5. Market Research & Analysis:
    • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property sale values and ensure competitive pricing.
    • Stay up to date with real estate market trends, ensuring clients are provided with current information and best practices.
  6. Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with the listing manager to ensure smooth and effective communication regarding new listings, inventory updates, and marketing strategies.
    • Communicate with potential buyers, partners, and other stakeholders to facilitate a seamless transaction process.
  7. CRM & Reporting:
    • Manage and update the CRM system and client database, keeping detailed records of leads, inquiries, and transactions.
    • File weekly and monthly performance reports, tracking sales progress, lead conversion rates, and overall performance.
  8. Marketing & Promotion:
    • Actively promote property listings through various marketing activities, including digital campaigns and networking.
    • Engage with clients through online and offline marketing efforts, maximizing property visibility and driving sales.
       

Qualifications Required:

  • Experience in real estate sales or a related field, with proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Strong negotiation and customer service skills to build client relationships and guide them through the sales process.
  • Excellent communication skills for handling inquiries, conducting viewings, and following up with clients.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and provide clients with well-researched pricing options.
  • Familiarity with real estate platforms and CRM systems to manage leads, listings, and performance tracking.
  • Attention to detail for preparing paperwork and ensuring smooth deal processing.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and leads simultaneously.
