About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Online & Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at PT. SUPER GROSIR MAMA’. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to our office, as well as handling various online tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, document management, and general office duties
  • Handling a variety of online tasks, such as managing social media accounts, updating the company website, and assisting with digital marketing efforts
  • Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages, and providing customer service support as needed
  • Assisting with event planning, scheduling, and logistical coordination
  • Supporting the team with any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we’re looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic website management
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
