Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive culture and engagement strategies that align with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
2. Employee Engagement : Design and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being.
3. Cultural Development : Lead efforts to embed a high-performance culture across the organization, promoting diversity, inclusion, and collaboration.
4. Change Management : Work closely with senior leadership to drive change management initiatives that support cultural transformation and organizational growth.
5. Performance Management : Oversee the design and implementation of performance management processes that support a culture of continuous improvement and development.
6. Employee Feedback : Establish mechanisms for gathering employee feedback and use insights to inform culture and engagement initiatives.
7. Collaboration : Partner with Learning & Development, and other relevant departments/Division to integrate culture and engagement strategies across the organization.
8. Organization Development : Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company, identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans, and conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree at all major.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused in employee engagement, culture engagement, or related field;
3. Proven track record in leading cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives in a medium or large organization.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
6. Strategic thinker with strong project management skills and the ability to execute effectively.
7. Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and fostering employee development.
8. Highly social, friendly, and playful, with a can-do attitude, high energy levels, and the ability to innovate and work creatively.
9. Ability to work in close coordination and collaborate with the rest of the HR department, other departments and build relationships and trust with a broad range of individuals across the organization.
