Job Description:

• Ensure that all benefit administration processes, including medical, eyewear allowance, and operational allowance, are managed properly and consistently according to the policies set by the company.
• Ensure that all personnel administration processes, including attendance, new employee documentation completeness, and overtime calculations for non-staff employees, are managed properly and consistently according to the policies set by the company.
• Create and update the employee database.
• Follow up on personnel data changes based on the personnel action report.
• Monitor and implement policies, as well as propose updates to the benefit & Personnel Action policies for continuous improvement.
• Conduct policy socialization and training for personnel involved in the implementation of the company’s benefit policy.
• Ensure the implementation of benefit policies is carried out correctly, fairly, and equitably.
• Supervise administration, such as attendance, overtime, business trips, employee SPH (Salary Payment History), medical treatment, and pension.
• Build good relationships with hospitals, Jamsostek, and commercial insurance
• Manage the payroll and compensation system, ensuring alignment with internal policies and applicable laws.
• Develop and design employee benefit packages, including insurance, pension, and other benefits.
• Perform salary analysis and benchmarking to ensure the company offers competitive compensation.
• Prepare reports related to compensation and benefits for senior management.
• Provide advice regarding compensation policy changes to improve employee retention and welfare.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Information Technology. Other related backgrounds will be considered with C&B experiences
• Age 30 – 40 years
• Background in palm oil plantation companies or from SAP Payroll Consultant for Plantations company is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in the similar position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in SAP HCM Module: Payroll, Personnel Admin, Time Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft GP System, will be an advantage
• Experience in salary analysis, compensation package design, compensation and benefits management, and C&B administration
• Knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and social security (Jamsostek)
• Strong analytical skills to assess salary, benefits, and other compensation data, and make recommendations based on findings
• Good negotiation and communication skills to work with various stakeholders both inside and outside the company
• Ability to design and manage competitive compensation and benefit programs within the company’s budget
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects related to compensation and benefits
• Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality
• Detail-oriented: Ability to pay attention to detail when handling salary and benefits data
• Certification in compensation and benefits management such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) is a plus
• Placement at the head office in South Jakarta
