Main Job Responsibility :

• Responsible for all internal auditing activities including a basis for their score carding and risk management assessment.
• Develops the annual audit plan determining departments and or operations to be audited and the timing and frequency of audits.
• Plan, direct, authorize, approve, assess and develop so that every rule/policy within the scope of the organization is appropriate with company regulations and statutory provisions for minimize or even eliminate risk in any work program run.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate business plan strategy sustainability including the Preventive Mitigation plan, Contingency risk, and Recovery at the corporate level that covers all business units in an effort to prevent and minimize corporate losses the continuity of the company’s business operations can continue to run smoothly
• Plan, direct, and evaluate Mobile Squad Team strategy in company by adhering to integrity and efficiency so as to guarantee all policies, procedures, systems and statutory provisions are implemented accordance with established standards, including those related to parties third, to prevent loss or loss
• Plan, direct, authorize, approve, evaluate, and develop rules and procedures in all related business units in order meet the standards of the Integrated Food Safety Quality Halal Management System (IFSQHMS) – ISO 23000, ISO 9001, and HAS 23000, based on International Organization for Standardization and LPPOM MUI to support companies to be ready to compete at national and international levels.

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Law or Economics, Engineering, Accounting/ Professional Certification as
• At least 15 years of working experience in Risk Management
• Strong competencies in communication and negotiation, analytical thinking, agile and firm leadership with strong self discipline and alignining people and teams
• Confident with strong business acumen, analytical ability, problem solving and leadership skill
• Good Communication, Negotiation Skill, Service and result oriented.
• Willing to placed in Karawaci (HQ Building)
