Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Mail-in Service specialist & Technical Support (Mandarin Speaker) di kantor PT. Elabram Systems untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Layanan Konsumen – Call Center (Call Center & Layanan Konsumen) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga kamu bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 14.000.000 - Rp 20.000.000.

Job Description

  1. Manage the end-to-end process of Mail-In Service operations, including the receiving order process and tracking orders to ensure timely repairs and in-time delivery.
  2. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders (logistics supplier, service supplier, and all the internal support team) regarding service process, policy update, and repair statuses.
  3. Monitor inventory for spare parts and escalate shortages as needed.
  4. Service Experience Monitoring: Regularly collect experience-related KPI data, prepare data reports, organize meetings and issue backtracking to analyze the causes of abnormal service cases, develop improvement measures.
  5. Complaint Handling: Follow up the handling process of critical complaints and output summary materials.
  6. Technical Support: Responsible for the new products service preparation, technical issues handling, providing the support to service centers, incident and crisis management.
  7. Meeting Operation: Organize various operation meetings and output meeting minutes.

Requirement

  1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PPT and Excel)
  2. Familiarity with electronic devices and repair processes, working experience as operations specialist in electronics industry or service industry is preferred
  3. Experience as aftersales service specialist/tech support in the gadget industry (smartphone/PC/tablet/Wearables/Audio)
  4. Strong communication skills and teamwork skills, good at coordinating all parties to achieve common business goals
  5. Goal-oriented working attitude, Sensitive to data, Strong in logical thinking and data analysis ability
  6. Customer-focused attitude
  7. Fluent in English and  Mandarin is a MUST
