Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Pemimpin Tim/Supervisor (Manufaktur, Transportasi & Logistik) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing Production Operations

  • Ensure production processes run according to the established schedules and targets.
  • Manage the production team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and product quality.

Production Planning and Control

  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on company targets.
  • Monitor the use of materials and resources to minimize waste.

Quality Control

  • Ensure product quality standards are met according to company procedures.
  • Coordinate with the QC team to identify and resolve product quality issues.

Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

  • Supervise the implementation of safety procedures to ensure the production team’s safety.
  • Provide education on OHS to team members.

Reporting and Evaluation

  • Prepare production, efficiency, and issue reports occurring on the production floor.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements and innovations to enhance production processes.

Inter-Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with relevant teams such as warehouse, QC, and maintenance to ensure smooth production processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3)/Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S concepts is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or production management software.
