Qualifications & experience

  • Simple Microsoft office (Excel, Word)
  • Able to operate internet, emails and other software related to the job
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Discipline and Honest
  • Able to drive cars both Manual or Matic transmission

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Deliver car to the customers
  • Prepare for the lease agreement
  • Input report on the system
  • Stand by at the airport for the car pick up or drop
  • Assist on the administrative task
  • Arrange the car maintenance for service or insurance
  • Collect and maintain driver form
  • Record the daily use of each car
  • Perform customer support if any problem faced by the customers
  • Coordinate via email or other communication platform with the stakeholders such as suppliers, customers and third party if required
