About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketplace Specialist to join our team. This role is key to ensuring our products are accurately represented across our online platforms, including our Shopify website and various marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Zalora, and TikTok). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a genuine love for fashion. They will be responsible for managing product listings, collections, and pricing with the utmost accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Uploads:
  • Upload and maintain product listings on Shopify, including creating collections, vendors, and ensuring consistency in the product catalog.
  • Manage product uploads on marketplaces like Shopee, Tokopedia, Zalora, and TikTok, ensuring details are complete and aligned with the brand.
• Product Information Management:
  • Create and update product descriptions that are engaging and on-brand.
  • Ensure all details, such as sizing, colors, materials, and other specifications, are accurate.
• Pricing Management:
  • Carefully input and double-check pricing details across all channels to avoid errors.
  • Adjust pricing as required for promotions, campaigns, and special offers on each platform.
• Marketplaces Campaigns and Promotions:
  • Actively participate in campaigns and promotions on marketplaces, ensuring products are optimized for visibility.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Verify that each product listing is complete, accurate, and aligns with the brand’s standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of product information to maintain accuracy across platforms.

Requirements:

• Experience:
  • Previous experience with Shopify product uploads and catalog management.
  • Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, Zalora, and TikTok marketplaces and their specific product uploading processes.
• Skills:
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with precision & accuracy, especially when handling pricing and product details.
  • Strong writing skills for product descriptions, with a keen sense of brand voice.
  • Good understanding and interest in the fashion industry.
• Additional Qualities:
  • A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work on campaigns and promotions in a fast-paced environment.
