Job Description & Responsibility

• Performed requirement feasibility analysis and identified test scenarios/test objectives.
• Identifying end-to-end test cases, regression suites, and system test cases.
• Contribute to the preparation of the defect management, communication, and test scope sections of the test plan
• Document test cases and perform peer reviews on the teammate’s work.
• Able to perform crosses browser compatibility testing and also testing on web and mobile version
• Take part in daily Scrum meetings.
• Perform and be responsible for functional testing in all parts of a module.
• Use of various tools for test management and defect management.

Qualifications

• Physically and mentally healthy
• Have good communication, strong critical thinking, and good collaboration skill
• 2 years minimum experience (as a software tester, QA / QC Software)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar.
• Good knowledge of testing and deploying programs
• Have been involved in at least one complete life cycle project
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• You have exposure to Agile and weekly sprint and release working models
• A self-motivated individual capable of working in a face-paced, dynamic environment

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of the STLC & review process, and test case documentation.
• Familiar with automation testing using QTP and JIRA.
• Involved in testing during the system testing or UAT phases.
• Well-versed with agile, scrum methodologies.
• Defect management using various tools
• Well understand query database scheme and procedure
• Knowledge of coding language is plus (e.g. PHP, Javascript) and frameworks/systems (e.g, JQuery, Bootstrap, Laravel)
