Segera dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Instrumentation Manager di kantor PT Panca Amara Utama untuk kota/kab Luwuk & Sulawesi Tengah dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang kami butuhkan ialah Teknik Elektro/Elektronik (Teknik) serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring plant instrument maintenance activities comply with health and safety and environmental standards of the company, Indonesia regulatory and statutory requirements, and international work standards and practices.
  2. Ensure and manage instrument maintenance standards operating procedures are established and implemented.
  3. Ensure that plant equipment, asset and facilities are maintained well as per company business requirements.
  4. Develop and propose an instrument maintenance budget and activities are met with the company-approved budget allocation with cost control.
  5. Ensure that training and development of subordinates are met to meet the job requirement in line with goal settings as per company requitements.
  6. Effective delegation of any maintenance issues to resolve in each shift and small projects to the right skills in the team, planning and managing effective works.
  7. Develop and manage instrument maintenance strategy, objective and planning and action to achieve.
  8. Manage activities of instrumentation team members including assigned contractors to ensure compliance with HSE standards to achieve zero accidents and environmental protections.
  9. Demonstrate company values in the activities as the roles model to the team member to achieve company vision and mission.
  10. Report on achievement of targets and identify any actions required.
  11. Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them.
  12. Develop and manage KPI & MAP Department with all instrument team members and ensure periodic review and updates.
  13. Manage instrumentation maintenance planning and execution in normal plant operation, start up, shutdown, and plant turn around safely and comply with company standards and international codes and requirements.
  14. Identifies and ensure all critical spare parts and material availability for continuous plant operations requirements.
  15. Develop and provide a monthly activity report, RCA report, fault report, lesson learned, recommendations, or any other special assignment report, for the instrumentation section to the maintenance head and senior management, with information of a clear picture of the work carried out/planned by the instrumentation section to improve the maintenance functions.
  16. Any other role that the management may assign from time to time.
  17. Implementing SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and SML (Environmental Management System) to create a work environment that is healthy, safe and environmentally friendly.
  18. Communicating and implementing the company’s K3 Management system requirements to sub-ordinates, guests and contractors to prevent errors and work accidents.
  19. Involved in the implementation of the company’s quality Health Safety and Environment Management System, which has been regulated in the company’s QHSE Document System.
  20. Establish Communications and cooperation with the other parties ( KBR, Technical Principal Vendors, Contractors, etc) to establish a harmonious working relationship related to maintenance activities to maintain the reliability of factory instrument equipment.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation
  2. Minimum 20 years of working experience, especially in chemical or petrochemical industry in the field of maintenance.
  3. Excellent Leadership, interpersonal skills, communication and coaching skills
  4. Detail- oriented and able to lead the RCA
  5. Proficient computer skills in spreadsheets, databases and word processing.
  6. Excellent technical knowledge of equipment, products and procedures.
  7. Self-motivated and result-oriented
  8. Strong knowledge of Instrumentation and maintenance through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) – preferably MAXIMO.
  9. Understand spoken and written English
  10. Motivated to follow HSE rules and regulations to achieve zero accident policy.
  11. HSE alarm system configuration and troubleshooting.
  12. Automation and Control System (DCS/ESD/PLC/ITCC/MMS) specifications, troubleshooting, configuration, hardware, and software.
  13. Engineering, construction, maintenance and operations.
  14. CCTV, Gas Engine, Compressor, steam turbines, Pumps maintenance.
