General Manager Procurement Import & Supply Chain for IT Distribution :

• Handle purchase import & local activity of goods & license that to be sold by sales team – manage inventory & stockies.
• Involves the process of planning, managing, and purchasing goods (Import & Local) and services from external suppliers and sources to meet company needs.
• Executing the import & local procurement process for products, materials and services.
• Sourcing, negotiating, and awarding of contracts and orders for products, materials and services that meet the required specifications and quality standards on schedule.

Main Duties :

• Manage end-to-end import & supply chain process, including coordinating with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure best quality, delivery, and value.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet customer needs.
• Utilize available resources to research and identify potential suppliers.
• Analyze purchasing trends and develop long-term procurement strategies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor performance of suppliers and evaluate the quality of purchased products and services.

Requirement :

• Maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management / Economic / Accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in international sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong in importation tasks & procedures (experts in handling custom clearance issues and other import documents).
• Have a good understanding of import regulations & documents procedure.
• Having experienced min 10 years as a Procurement Import (purchase import & local activity of goods & license that to be sold by sales team – manage inventory & stockies ) on IT / Technology Company / IT Distribution (Hardware & Software).
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must (Active), and Mandarin (min Passive) is our priority.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SAP and other procurement software.
• Willing to work in west Jakarta – Meruya & Puri area.
