Innovative Project in the Entertainment and Esports Industry

About the Project: Colizeum PARQ is an ambitious project at the intersection of esports, entertainment, and the restaurant industry, creating a unique ecosystem for technology enthusiasts and active leisure seekers. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development of a new, innovative business and bring a groundbreaking project to life that will transform the industry.

Main Objective: To develop and implement a phenomenal business model for the Colizeum PARQ project, build an efficient economy, create a strong team, and introduce innovative business processes with cutting-edge technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

Concept Development:

• Work with the PARQ team and a strategic marketer to create a new project concept.
• Conduct market research and define the final products and services based on audience needs.

Business Model Creation:

• Build a financial model, including unit economics, ensuring profitability with at least a 30% margin.
• Develop a scalable and stable system.

Optimizing the Space:

• Oversee the renovation of the interiors according to the new concept.
• Modify the design and functionality of spaces to meet business goals.

Team and Process Management:

• Build a clear team structure, assign roles and responsibilities, and ensure effective collaboration.
• Develop and implement regulations for all processes with the potential for automation.

Process Automation:

• Implement CRM and other digital tools for automating key business processes.
• Set up a real-time working system with data access.

Coordination with Management Company:

• Coordinate with the brand chef, head chef, and other departments.
• Ensure effective collaboration between all teams.

High Level of Service:

• Implement customer service standards and create a system to motivate employees to work with passion and efficiency.

Event Organization:

• Develop a concept for regular events that will attract an audience and create a compelling narrative around the project.

Task and Goal Management:

• Break down the project into stages and tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure key metrics are met.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

• Leadership experience in startups (at least 3 years) with full responsibility for results.
• Experience in launching new products and entering new markets, preferably in Southeast Asia.
• Experience in esports, entertainment, or the restaurant industry.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (marketing, finance, design, legal).
• Experience in attracting investments and defending projects before investors.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of concept development, business models, and unit economics.
• Experience in process regulation and automation using CRM.
• Basic knowledge of financial accounting, working with KPIs, and modeling.
• Understanding of client service standards and implementation.

Skills:

• Concept and business model development, working with KPIs.
• Business process management, regulation, and automation.
• Team leadership: hiring, training, task setting.
• Market analysis, hypothesis testing, and new product development.
• Fluent in English, Russian

What We Offer:

Competitive Compensation:

• Salary $2,000–$3,000 per month + quarterly bonuses, KPI bonuses, and a percentage of net profit.

Project-Based Work:

• Contract for project launch (6–9 months) with the potential to transition to other projects within the company.
