We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Group Operations Officer to join our team and support our group operations with efficient, high-quality service.

Job Purpose:

Assist the operations team in coordinating with all parties to ensure operational systems, procedures, and policies meet tour operator requirements. Support daily management, reporting, and information flow to maintain efficient and timely operations as per client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Group Operations: Handle logistics for GIT (Group Inclusive Tours) and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) operations; provide support for leisure groups as needed.

• Supplier and Partner Coordination: Liaise with hotel reps, airport staff, drivers, and tour guides to confirm and execute services.

• Documentation and Compliance: Prepare, distribute, and manage tour orders, guide assignments, and operational documentation; maintain accurate records in company systems.

• 24/7 Emergency Support: Serve as an emergency contact to resolve operational issues promptly.

• Quality Assurance: Reconfirm services with suppliers, monitor service quality, and address client inquiries or complaints in collaboration with the customer service team.

• Financial Oversight: Track expenses, manage cash advances for guides, and verify invoices to ensure accurate billing.

• Team Collaboration: Work with Operations Manager, Customer Service, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Diploma Degree in Tourism or related field

• Experience: 2+ years in a similar role in destination management, travel, or hospitality.

• Skills: Excellent coordination and communication skills; able to handle multiple priorities.

• Availability: Must be able to provide emergency support as needed.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and operational software (experience with DMC software is a plus).

• Fluent in both spoken and written English

• Preferred Candidate: Applicants currently residing in Bali are highly preferred.

• Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
