Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi IT DEPARTMENT HEAD di kantor PT ISS INDONESIA (Bintaro) untuk domisili South Tangerang & Banten atau sekitarnya.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s /Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Ideally 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles.
Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably within a multinational organization.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in English spoken & written
Desired experience in the Facility Management industry, including knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with application HRIS system is a plus.
Experience in coordinating integration work for country applications with HQ-based systems in Europe.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience in managing IT budgets and financial planning.
Strong project management skills.
Knowledge of facility management-related tech work, including IoT and smart building solutions.
Experience with ESG-related tech topics and projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the country-specific IT strategy in alignment with regional and global IT strategies.
Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring effective delivery of IT services and support.
Oversee the implementation of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that support business goals.
Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data, implementing best practices for cybersecurity.
Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and alignment with financial targets.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT team.
Ensure compliance with corporate IT policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and external partners.
Coordinate the integration of country-specific applications with HQ-based systems in Europe, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Lead facility management-related tech initiatives, including IoT implementations and smart building solutions.
Drive ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) related tech projects, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals.
Oversee the delivery of facility management services, ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
