About the role

We are seeking an experienced EXPORT & IMPORT (EXIM) MANAGER to join our team at PT Starmas Inti Aluminium Industry in Cikupa, Banten. This full-time position plays a crucial role in overseeing our import and export operations, ensuring seamless logistics and compliance with relevant regulations.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing efficient import and export strategies to support the company’s business objectives
• Managing the end-to-end import and export processes, including customs clearance, documentation, shipment coordination
• Manage and deal with EXIM (Export and Import) activities including preparation, process, licensing, and analyze lead time of the process.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable trade regulations, laws, and company policies
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks and bottlenecks in Export and Import Issues
• Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure all charges and custom are billed correctly.
• Maintaining a database for import shipment and direct report to management
• Processing claims on import shortages and overages.
• Handing other report to government agency related with Import, licenses and facilities
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices

What we’re looking for

• Maximum age 42 years old
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
• Certified Custom Specialist (PPJK/Kepabeanan)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar EXIM management (3 years in Managerial Level)
• Detailed and in-depth expertise in international trade, taxation, freight forwarding, logistic and shipping.
• Detailed and in-depth expertise in PIB Information, Export Import procedure, HS Code, handling KB, Kite, Red Rute, Green, etc
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to navigate complex situations
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written & spoken.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill with BC and PPJK
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Can do attitude
• Can using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point
