Job Description :

• Monthly & ad-hoc reporting of Nielsen RMS data as per country & Area requirements.
• Deliver clear & concise regular reports and presentations for your stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
• Guide Nielsen and co-develop Annual review presentations ensuring delivery as per aligned country & regional objectives
• Own ad-hoc Nielsen RMS advanced analytics projects
• Collaborate with Country teams to deliver the findings, develop action plans, monitor execution, capture business impact, develop case studies & best practices.
• Own Nielsen Discover online dashboard platform: Report Set-up support, Training, capability building.
• Develop & maintain PBI dashboard for SEA POS data
• Acting as the Power BI subject matter expert, including responsibilities for training, dashboard reviews, and issue troubleshooting. 
• Build optimized data models that support Power BI dashboard requirements by integrating data from enterprise data warehouses, cloud platform, and external sources. 
• Working closely with data owner and local team on foundational data model construction, data access, data integrity, and gather insights when required. 
• Designing, developing, and delivering Microsoft Power BI dashboards that enable senior leaders and business teams to efficiently access key sales and other information. 
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy of data analysis.
• Optional: Apply statistical methods and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within datasets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science/business administration /mathematics/Statistics/Data Analytics Science or equivalent; MBA or Data analytics related Master’s degree is preferred
• Must have min 5 yrs experience reporting, analyzing & delivering Nielsen RMS data & analytics for internal stakeholders / external CPG/FMCG clients
• Excellent working knowledge of other syn data (POS & panel) is a must: Kantar Worldpanel, Circana/IRI, Intage SRI+/SCI, IQVIA and other panel & retail audit data providers etc.
• Strong excel and Power BI skills
• Intermediate to expert-level proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) 
• Experience developing variables and calculations using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) 
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large, complex datasets
• Experience with Python and database management system will be a plus
• Experience working in an agile & matrix organization environment.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written).

Preferred experiences :

• Working with Python, SQL, SPSS.
• Working in/for SEA countries.
