PT Dalligent Solusi Indonesia (www.kupu.id), member of Sinarmas, is actively seeking experienced and skilled candidates to join our team as Account Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for;

• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, utilizing your recruitment and industry expertise to understand and interpret their hiring needs. Offer tailored recruitment advice aligned with their business objectives.
• Business Development: Keep abreast of client business developments to identify new recruitment needs and provide professional services accordingly.
• Internal Coordination: Ensure recruitment requirements are promptly communicated to internal teams. Collaborate on candidate screening and evaluation and manage client feedback.
• Interview Management: Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed to align with client and candidate needs.
• Placement Facilitation: Assist in negotiations between clients and candidates to secure successful placements.
• Priority Management: Manage urgent and high-priority tasks to meet deadlines.
• Performance Accountability: Drive revenue and enhance client service quality.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years in recruitment or client management, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate effectively with clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise efficiently with clients and internal teams.
• Strong capabilities in analysis and judgment to adjust recruitment strategies based on client feedback.
• Solid organizational and time management skills to work efficiently under pressure.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Candidates with experience in recruitment or headhunting, especially in industries such as consumer & retail, internet technology, finance, or manufacturing, will be given preference. Additionally, experience with high-level client positions, RPO, or similar services is a plus. 
• Candidates with existing client or talent resources will be prioritized.
